Unique Hugues

Once a year, Hugues goes on a mountain bike trekking with friends. He is a Certified Professional Coach & Teams at 'Transformancepro School' of Vincent Lenhart in Paris. He is also a certified mental coach for professional golfers, being an ex-competition golfer himself. He loves to read Scandinavian crime and historical novels, and he regularly puts his nose in a wine glass as wine tasting is his passion. From an early age, Hugues has been passionate about comics; he organizes with three friends the first "Waterloo BD Festival" in May 2022.

His primary motivation is to move forward. Hugues likes to progress, learn, acquire new skills, meet new people, and find new challenges.

Hero might be a big word, but if he had to choose an iconic figure, it would be Barack Obama. He represents charisma, balance, clear vision and direction, positivism, and respect for others.

Young Hugues, he'd advise, "just do it." Don't wait until you know how to swim in four different styles before jumping into the pool! And accept that you make mistakes.

He never had a mentor as such, but at Zetes, an older gentleman supporting the different teams really inspired him and taught him to pay better attention to relations and be more patient. Today, Hugues realizes that this consultant played the role of mentor.

Hugues mentors to let people benefit from his experiences (successes and mistakes), help others progress, and pull them to the top. With his positive attitude, empathy, and ability to adapt and listen, Hugues can tailor the mentoring to the person he is guiding.
