    What intrigues me most about business psychology is how teams are put together and in what ways team members can influence each other. Out of this automatically flows my interest in the effect of leadership on employees.

    Besides my studies, I have been leading in the local KSA youth organisation for several years now. Here, for example, I learn how to work in a team, communicate, take charge, listen to different opinions... KSA may take up a lot of my time, but I draw a lot of my energy back from it because I do this with my friends and am convinced that we are doing something useful for others.

    I am self-confident and convinced of my abilities. However, I am also aware that I still have everything to prove and will face many challenges. I therefore look forward to the future with full courage and try to prepare myself as well as possible for these challenges.
