  • We all know that leadership makes the difference between success and failure. Good leadership can accelerate your growth. Bad leadership can impede you from achieving your ambitions.

    Nobody disagrees on that. However, in practice, we see a lot of scale-ups struggling with leadership, especially in a high growth environment.
