Frank painted "Come to the dark side, we have cookies" on a room wall in his house. By pushing the boundaries, leaving comfort zones, viewing from the outside in, daring to question the status quo, Frank invigorates creativity in himself and his environment. It is no surprise that Frank admires Elon Musk because he dares to go where no man has gone before.

Frank likes to do sports as long as it is not solo, like volleyball, padel, squash, mountain biking, running, etc. His reading preference is eclectic, from philosophy over leadership to marketing and strategy. On his nightstand currently lies Alan Greenspan's 'Capitalism in America: A History.'
