Coaching and Consultancy experience

More than 22 years ago I entered the Family-owned Company as the third generation. I almost immediately had to take over the General management from my father which gave me a wealth of experience at a very young age. Due to this experience I’m completely aware of the importance of having a sparring partner, someone to share your thoughts with or someone to rely on.

The organization of a Company, with his daily issues and obstacles, is a challenge which you cannot deal with when you’re not surrounded by people who are there to listen and to share their experience and ideas. Asking the right Questions, having an external look on the Company, discussing about strategies and decisions, thinking together about reorganizing the structure, etc. are necessary to stay focussed and to be open for improvement to achieve your goals.

In my role as an Ambits mentor, I’m eager to listen to and learn about your Daily challenges. My practical experience, which I have built up over more than 20 years as a Company owner, will help us to guide you and find together the best direction for you and your Company. I’d like to stress the word ‘together’ as nothing in the Professional world is a one man show. Communication, organization, and teamwork is the key to success!

In my Spare time I’m a real Family man as I’m married and Father of 3 Children. I can enjoy a nice dinner and travelling with my Family, especially to countries with a pleasant Climate. Besides supporting my kids in their hobbies I’m also a football fan, more passive nowadays, and I’d like to play some squash, paddle or go out for a walk.
