Unique Stefan

Stefan obtained a Ph.D. in Marketing & Sales Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam in The Netherlands. Since then, he has worked in various director roles (CMO, COO, and MD of two corporate ventures) across different industries.

In his spare time, he goes swimming with friends every week. He also likes skiing, going to the theater, hanging out with friends, and traveling worldwide. His favorite travel destinations include Cambodia, Borneo, Bolivia, Indonesia, and Jordan.

Stefan gets inspired by people like Barack Obama. Obama uses his excellent communication & leadership skills to create connection and alignment among people. His messages are usually positive, often with a touch of humor. Closer to home, Caroline Pauwels -late rector of the VUB- also serves as a role model.

Stefan's motto is "stay focused and don't let yesterday take up too much of today." Pick yourself up when you get knocked down and focus on the future, as changing the past is much more complicated.

Why does he mentor? Stefan likes bringing the best out of people. By sharing his experiences, successes, and failures, other people can accelerate their personal development and ultimately become better versions of themselves.
