"Everything I know I once learnt." I was privileged to experience the power of a mentor myself. That is why I like to share my knowledge and experience in my desire to be an inspiring fellow traveller. If I could travel back in time, I would advise my younger self: "dare to reach out to others". I enjoy immersing myself in personal development, organisational development, behavioural sciences, and broad social issues. For me, organisations are the place to work with leaders and their teams to build a better world. Leadership then becomes a lever to create impact and construct new systems. In my spare time, you will often find me outside, walking or hiking with my shelter dogs.
