Unique Jonas

Traveling, cooking, cycling, house renovation, learning Spanish, and extensively listening to e-books make up the bulk of his 'private' time passing. Jonas also spends quite a bit of time on personal development by learning from the best. Currently, he is listening to 'Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know' by A. Grant.

He is motivated by being impactful: every day, Jonas does at least one thing contributing to another person's wellbeing. His focus has shifted from the Self to the Other. "Empowering people to live their authentic life" perfectly captures Jonas' Leitmotif.

Not surprisingly, Mandela is a hero by Jonas' definition of heroism. Taking the high road, never failing to demonstrate selflessness and positivism for the greater cause, truly makes for an exceptional leader despite his hardships.

To young Jonas, he'd say: "Dare to be wrong and ask for advice. You don't have to know everything. Take your time: there is no rush to get from A to B. Do what you like to do best and let that energy be your path." Many rational choices resulted in too many days not enjoying work. Bring your heart to the business. It's about relationships and taking care of each other.

Having learned the hard way what works and what doesn't and firmly believing that one can do anything but not all at once, Jonas is ready to give back.
