Ivan obtained a Master in Applied Economic Sciences at the University of Antwerp in 1986.

Before starting his professional career in 1988 Ivan fullfilled his Military Service in the Belgian Army as a Reserve Officer Infantry, where he learned and practiced Core Leadership Principles as Lead By Example and Leaders eat Last (well described in the lastest book from Simon Sinek on Leadership, published in 2022).

Ivan has a firm belief that authentic, people centric leadership based on deep purpose and strong values brings out the best in individuals, teams and organizations.

It grows both the ‘’WE’’and the “ME” and drives sustainable, purposefull performance.

This is what Ivan experienced in his leadership roles, in various areas and countries in top FMCG companies during his 35 years+ career.

Today it still is guiding him in fullfilling his deep purpose to help individuals, teams and organizations with their leadership and business challenges in today’s increasingly complex, dynamic and challenging environment.
