"I live in a lovely region called 'the Flemish Ardennes' and enjoy this wonderful nature.

My two daughters, Julie and Axelle, are grown up now, so today, I have more flexibility in organizing my free time. I spend most of it in nature (jogging, cycling, …), on a padel court, and, more recently, on a yoga mat.

Genuineness and sincerity are qualities that I value very much. I appreciate authenticity in all its forms: authentic people, authentic landscape, and my cat 😊
I do not have heroes, I realize now! I am inspired by those who lift others, who give trust and joy.

An important motto is to consider mistakes as a standard step to success: "Any issue is an opportunity to learn and improve" and "Making a mistake is human, not learning from a mistake is a pity."

As a mentor, I want to impact the development of other people positively; I like to see them growing and improving their leadership attitude, having more impact on the betterment of the organization.

A good mentor is at the service of the mentee: how can I help you the best, what do you need? As a mentor, I will not solve your problems on the shopfloor; we will build the best action plan together. Therefore, I first listen to you: what is your objective, and what are your 'real' challenges?

Finally, I want to insist on the importance of TRUST in a mentor-mentee relationship: this is key to successful mentoring, and you can count on my loyalty, respect, and transparent communication."
