With 18 years of experience in the non-profit sector—14 of which as a leader and 4 in HR—she knows better than anyone what it means to navigate between expectations, ambitions, and yourself.
She always starts from a place of equality, focusing on strengths and talents. With her positive energy, a touch of humor, and a clear approach, she helps find direction and brings calm to the team.

Outside of work, you’ll find her in nature with sturdy walking shoes or cozily at home with a book. She also enjoys engaging conversations with friends. Her three daughters keep her sharp, both physically and mentally.

Her heroes are the people around her who dare to be honest with themselves and with each other. By being open to others, you continue to learn and grow as a person.
