I'm a father of two girls trying to balance being a family man with running a fast moving business whilst taking care of my personal health (physically and mentally). Never perfect, but always committed to doing 1% better day after day.

I have plenty of heroes... I look up to my daughters, for teaching me what really matters in life. I admire my wife for her capacity to see the rays of sunshine through the rain. And I have always been inspired by Salvatore Curaba (founder of Easi), because of his strong leadership and authenticity.

The motto that resonates most with me is "The best is yet to come". It is a phrase we often use within Easi.

It resonates with me, because it helps us to put things in perspective. Even if we are proud of our achievements, we keep looking towards the future, and we're convinced that even better and bigger things are waiting for us. It keeps us humble.

I truly enjoy sharing my experience. Allow people to learn from my mistakes (I have made plenty of them) and see people becoming better leaders.
