The advice I would like to give my younger self is to act thoughtfully, but decisively and to take calculated risks. To dare to step outside existing structures and pursue your own goals and ideals.

I made a very conscious choice to become a mentor because I enjoy helping others by drawing several things from my 30 years of experience backpack and sharing both the good and the less good experiences with them.

During certain periods of my career, I was fortunate to have a mentor myself, with whom I had many fascinating and interesting conversations that were incredibly valuable to me
