I am a curious, driven and energetic person who approaches life with a positive mindset and a sense of perspective, direct, yet with a touch of humour. My motto, challenge creates opportunity, reflects how I look at both life and work.

Together with my partner, I am a parent of two children and share my home with a Labrador who all in their own way, continuously challenge me to grow. As a mother, partner, coach and entrepreneur, I value that mirror. It keeps me sharp, grounded and self-aware.

Connecting people gives me energy. I am naturally drawn to meaningful conversations and to what happens beneath the surface. A recurring thread in how I work is making the unspoken discussable and bringing underlying dynamics into the open, because that is often where real progress starts.

Professionally, I bring over 30 years of experience as a leadership and team coach, mediator, and former European HR Director for a listed US company. I understand the complexity leaders navigate and use that experience in mentoring where I share relevant experience, while keeping the focus on helping others make conscious choices, and develop in a way that is true to who they are.

Outside of work, I slow down and recharge through travel, culinary experiences, time with family and friends and walking in nature.
