After a long and rewarding career as CEO and Commercial Director in a large family-owned company — a manufacturer in the construction sector — I have developed broad expertise in strategy, leadership, and business development. I now enjoy applying this knowledge and experience in my role as a mentor.

With great enthusiasm, I help entrepreneurs and leaders focus on the levers that truly make a difference: setting clear objectives, unlocking the full potential of teams, and actively engaging stakeholders. Trust is the foundation of every successful and sustainable collaboration, and I am a strong believer in the simple and effective Lencioni principle.

I never had an official mentor myself, but over the years I have met many people from whom I learned a great deal. By daring to ask and receiving honest answers, I gained valuable advice and inspiration. The advice I would give my younger self: let go a little more and trust your intuition. Even in chaos, beautiful things happen.

My heroes are those who rise every day and give their all, even when life isn’t always fair.

I am fortunate to live on the edge of the Kempen & Maasland National Park. Walking and cycling in nature is pure oxygen for mind and body — and a daily outlet for my dog. A camper at heart, I love exploring the most beautiful places with my husband Erik and our border collie Sky, whether on weekends or longer trips. Simply blissful!
