With 22 years of experience in the corporate world, Sonja knows how crucial respect, communication, and empathy are in successful relationships. As a mentor, she draws energy from guiding people and enjoys sharing her insights into people management - a whole job in itself!

Outside of work, Sonja is a passionate sailor - competitive on the catamaran, but she also enjoys cruising in Greece. In winter, she can be found on the ski slopes. Travelling is another great passion of hers, seeking out new cultures and experiences.

Her advice to her younger self? “Don't take yourself too seriously.”
