My quote /motto is 'vouloir, c'est pouvoir'. I have this quote written at the inside of my most valuable and preferred suit that I wear for special business occasions!

My hero is my mother, the best gracious leader around me during my entire life/career. She managed our 'family office' in a way that everything went smoothly, that we could experience a meaningful life and she inspired myself and my sister to get the best out of us.

I would advise my younger self to follow quicker my intuïtion. Life is too short 'over'reflect' and with flexibility and adaptability you can adjust every decision into the right direction.

As a mentor I would like to share my insight resulting from what I did well and wrong and hope mentees can so deliver better and quicker.

Helping them to find there true passion, the most efficient way to achieve things and understand their strenghts so that work doesn't feel like work but a journey to a meaningful life.

For myself it's an interesting way to go into a deeper connection with people/mentees and to discover new business areas.

I also had a mentor quiet in the beginning of my career and it helped me a lot to put things in perspective. I hope to do this also for my mentees.

In my spare time I walk, go for a ride with the bike. I love to read and to spent time with friends in a good lounge bar or restaurant.
