I’m a mechatronics engineering who grew a passion for leadership development and knowledge sharing through various leadership roles, both in Belgium and abroad.

In my spare time, I play with my kids, cycle, run, read non-fiction, watch some SciFi and enjoy a glass of wine.

My hero is my mum. She showed and keeps showing me the value of an open mindset, entrepreneurship & hard work.

My motto is 'No Hurry No pause', because I'm a strong believer in the power of step-by-step continuous progress.

My advice to my younger self is to be more open to feedback & failure. To not take it personal and just see it as an opportunity for improvement.

I'm a mentor because I believe the world is in dire need of leadership development. Better leaders = a better world. I was lucky to have a great leadership mentor early in my leadership career. Currently, I work with a business mentor. Because good mentors are shortcuts to success.

My core drivers are courage, fairness, balance and curiosity to keep learning.
