My motivation to become a mentor stems from a holistic view of organizations and a genuine appetite for an ongoing intellectual challenge. I find stimulation in navigating complex, cross-functional challenges.
I bring broad hands-on experience in strategy delivery, business performance, IT, HR, operational management — across a range of industries, countries and cultures — and I am committed to sharing that experience through active contribution.
I value the opportunity to mentor the next generation of management talent and to remain embedded in a network of engaged, forward-thinking professionals. That gives me energy.
I am native Dutch, but professionally fluent in French and English. So mentoring in any ot those languages is fine.
I am mostly in Brussels or Hasselt area. Assignments in other areas of Belgium are currently less of an option.
