I fill my energy tank by spending time with the people I love. Connection fuels me—whether it’s deep conversations over coffee, shared laughter, or simply being present with those who matter most. To take care of my mind and body, I head to the yoga studio or immerse myself in art exhibitions. Attending conferences and traveling fuel my brain and oxygenate my mind, refreshing my thinking and feeding my curiosity. And when I need a reset, a simple walk in nature always brings me back to center.

I admire anyone who dares to step up and take action to bring their vision to life. From global figures like Nelson Mandela, Michelle Obama, and Simone Veil, to the incredible women I interview in my podcast—those who lead with resilience, courage, and heart inspire me the most.

M motto? "Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better." – Samuel Beckett. It took me time to truly embrace this mindset. For a long time, failure felt like an endpoint—something to avoid at all costs. But I’ve learned that failure is not the end, just a step along the way. I believe now that every attempt, whether successful or not, brings us closer to our goal.

I would tell my younger self: You don’t have to be strong all the time. It’s okay to show your weaknesses, to ask for help, to lean on others. You have a network that is here to support you, and you’ll grow so much more by sharing your burdens rather than carrying them alone.

Why are you a mentor? Because I believe in the power of self-growth as a catalyst for business success. I’ve seen firsthand that when we align our values with our ambitions, everything changes. I love helping people gain clarity, break through limitations, and take bold steps toward what they truly want. Mentoring is my way of giving back, of passing on the lessons I’ve learned, and of helping others thrive.

Before my 30s, I had a formal mentor who significantly accelerated my career growth—not just by sharing their knowledge, but by guiding me, challenging me, and helping me navigate key decisions.

Beyond that, I’ve been shaped by many inspiring individuals whose leadership I observed—people who led with integrity, made bold decisions, and showed me what great leadership looks like.
