I love spending quality time with my family and friends, and I’m an avid reader with a broad curiosity for everything from leadership to literature. Social engagement is also a big part of my life: I’ve been a full-time foster parent since 2015 and actively contribute to several cultural and educational boards. I love living to the fullest so I'm always open to try new things.

Rather than one single person, I admire anyone who lead with quiet strength — those who balance care, ambition, and resilience in everyday life. They’re often invisible in the public eye, but they shape communities and futures in powerful ways.

The motto that resonates most with me is 'Pay it forward'

Because I believe in the effect of encouragement and guidance. I’ve had the privilege of guiding many professionals and students, and I’ve seen how a single conversation can unlock confidence, clarity, or courage. Mentoring is not just about sharing knowledge — it’s about believing in someone before they fully believe in themselves.

Yes, I’ve been fortunate to learn from several inspiring CEO's throughout my career and collaborations. Their openness shaped my own leadership style. The person who has guided me throughout my entire career is Jan Van Acoleyen (VP HR Proximus) and thanks to his mentoring, I have been able to grow and evolve. To this day, he remains an inspiring mentor to me. I am also very grateful for the many years of coaching provided by Anja Hueber of Quinx and the members of my HR council.

Everything I do, I do with passion. I am fortunate to have a lot of energy, which I love to share with other people. Based on trust and a strong connection with others, I believe that anything is possible. And on a side note...We have a wonderful B&B at our house: www.adamasbb.be
