Johan helps women break through the glass ceiling by mentoring in the INSEAD Women in Business Mentoring Program. Being married, having two daughters, and having worked with women in his team, he finds their stronger sense of caring ameliorating team dynamics.

Johan had lived abroad for many years and has seen many countries, even on a mountain bike. When he is not riding his bicycle or reading (a biography of Beethoven is on his night table now), Johan makes wooden toys for children in his spare time.
