Over 25 years of leadership experience in digital and IT transformations across different industries (IT consulting, fashion & retail, construction equipment, FMCG and business consulting .. in global positions and more recently in start up/scale up environment.

My ikigai is to contribute to build a better workplace through leadership development and consciousness.

People recognize my talents in building bridges between teams and departments, challenging status-quo mindset as well and talent builder through strengths of each individual. Passionate about groups and team dynamics, and improve connections within teams and organizations, attentive to body signals, environment and systems.

Besides my kids that are very fast becoming young adults, I spend free time with family, friends and on volunteering activities. Indeed live was kind with me so very important for me to give back to community - among others mentoring young professionals from immigrants background, you can also find me at Special Olympics national games on a May weekend each year.

At different stages of my career, I had the support of mentors that helped me to continue to be in motion along the way, grateful for all my inspiring mentors that brought me who I am today.
