        • "At La Lorraine we are eager to activate the development of our talent. It all starts with helping colleagues understand the type of career that they aspire to and identify ways that they can realize their ambitions within our company. So we gave a select group of talent the opportunity of being mentored by Senior Executives.

          But how to start this all? The first thing that Ambits did was to think together with us.... we focused on 3 requirements:

          - Structuring the overall process for the pilot of an internal Mentoring Program

          - Aligning all stakeholders

          - Ways to learn from this pilot & measure effectiveness"
