Unique Aline
Reading, reading, and more reading. Aline devours three to four books a week, almost exclusively about personal development. Too many books and authors to recommend, but if she'd had to choose a few, she'd mention the work of French philosopher Frédéric Lenoir and 'One Minute Manager' by Blanchard & Spencer. On her nightstand lies a book about Carl Jung and The Alchemist by Coelho. Currently, she is writing her first book to be published at the end of this year about her views on the ten things that are most important to her, like family, spirituality, nature, work, friends, ...
Jung is Aline's hero. His thoughts on human life are intriguing, to say the least, and Jung has an understanding that reaches uncanny depths. Jung's goal to thoroughly understand human behavior is Aline's goal in life.
Young Aline, she'd advise: "Keep your impulsivity in check. Learn to think and follow your heart at the same time. Stay yourself and do your best. Realize that you are 'different' because of your all-encompassing vision and passion and accept this."
Mentoring comes naturally to Aline, given her drive to positively impact people, inspire, and show that people can live the way they want. "If you want to achieve a goal, you can. We need to live our lives the way we want to," Aline adds.
Being mentored for more than two decades, Aline understands very well that each person functions differently, that one shouldn't take oneself as the reference, that we need to bring out the best in everyone. Having received and learned a lot, the time has come to pass on to others and give back. "I love people."
"Connais toi-même et deviens qui tu es" is the basis. You can only mean something to others if you know yourself well. Be yourself and share yourself with others.
