  • Job summary

  • Reporting to the CSO Chief Sales Officer, the Experienced Sales Executive holds the bookings and sales revenues ownership of the allocated accounts, and will help drive AMBITS towards topline growth.

    This is a results-oriented position requiring active prospection for new customers, as well as key account management of existing customers.

    The successful candidate will translate the company’s sales strategy and conduct qualification assessments on all major pursuit activities. This will be accomplished by leveraging partnerships with key customers and by maintaining a customer-centric culture that ensures the voice of the customer is represented well in internal discussions.

  • Primary Responsibilities

    • You must have the ability to engage at the executive level of the AMBITS customer base consisting of SMEs, Start-Ups, and Scale-Ups, as well as Large Organizations.
    • You must have the ability to develop business with a focus on emerging opportunities and account penetration at director and C-Level (both HR & business background).
    • You have an entrepreneurial – hunting & getting-things-done - mindset.
    • Business Development and positioning for new emerging programs and opportunities will be a crucial part of the position. A Strong Business Development track record is desired.
    • You are a good listener who uses fact-based persuasion and passion to influence key stakeholders. You love the change & agility that comes with the scale-up setting.
    • You believe sales is an art, not a dirty word.
  • Your profile

    • B Sc Degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
    • Experience in sales to SMEs’s Small and medium Entreprises as well as Start-ups, Scale-Ups, and Large Organizations
    • Experience in successfully managing business development activities and new customer prospection.
    • Experience in developing customers through Key Account Management.
    • You believe in business mentoring as the way forward in leadership development (you may have experienced the power of mentoring yourself)
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver high-level presentations and communicate at director C-Level
    • Ability to build up long-term partnerships with newly acquired and existing customers
    • Demonstrating ability to manage the complex sales process.
    • Results driven
    • You want to grow yourself and are open to learning daily.
    • Willingness to be on the road with customers for 80% (and more) of the time.
    • A good command of Dutch, French, and English is required.
    • This position is open to both freelancers as well as on a payroll basis.
