The unique Henk

If I need to define Henk in one word, it is 'learning.' His motto is "Knowledge becomes valuable when transferred and used," Henk is motivated by learning and realizing with others.

In a former life as a researcher in nuclear physics, Henk had to work alone most of the time. Now he appreciates teamwork all the more. "A golden team gives each team member wings," he says.

Henk rides a bicycle and a motorcycle in his spare time and plays computer games with his two children. An avid reader, he recently finished books of Murakami, Houellebecq, and Harari, to name a few. He is currently reading 'Life 3.0: Being Human in the Age of Artificial Intelligence' by Max Tegmark.

Richard Feynman, the American physicist, known for his work on quantum electrodynamics, is Henk's hero because of his gift of explaining highly complex matters in an intelligible way.

Young Henk, he'd advise to broaden the scope and look for the many opportunities.

Why would Henk be a good mentor: because he sheds new lights on things and the calming effect he has on people.
